Car Hire in Los Cristianos, Tenerife

Los Cristianos is 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport on the TF-1. For the town and the old harbour take exit 28; for the ferry terminal itself take exit 72 and follow Avenida Juan Carlos I and Avenida Chayofita to Calle El Espigón. Collect the car in Arrivals at TFS, or we deliver it to your apartment in Los Cristianos and pick it up there when you leave.

This is the ferry port for the western islands. Fred. Olsen Express and Armas Trasmediterránea run to San Sebastián de La Gomera in about 50 minutes, to Santa Cruz de La Palma in about 2 hours 30, and Armas serves El Hierro. If you are going as a foot passenger, the covered Valle Menéndez car park about 300 m from the pier is far better value than the open air port lot, but it has a 2.20 m height limit and fills by mid morning. If you want to take the hire car across, ask us first: inter island crossings need written permission and are not automatic.
