What are the necessary documents for car pickup?
To pick up your car, please ensure you have the following documents: a valid Passport or ID, a Driving License, and your car rental voucher, which you'll receive after making your payment. The voucher can be presented in electronic form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards.
How do I pay the deposit?
You can pay for the car deposit in debit/credit card, it is not necessary to have a credit card for the deposit.
What is the timeframe for the return of my deposit if paid by credit or debit card?
The deposit will be returned to your card within 3-5 working days, depending on the banking processes and the country of issue.
Can I pick up a car in one city and return it in another one?
Of course, you can pick up a car in one city and return it in another one. You can select different pick-up and drop-off cities in the green search bar on our website.
Are driving licenses from the USA or Canada accepted?
Yes, we welcome and accept driving licenses issued in the USA and Canada.
Am I allowed to travel to nearby islands with the rental car?
Yes, you are free to travel to nearby islands with your rented car.
Can I add a second driver to the agreement?
Yes, you can include an additional driver in your booking. Please provide the rental agent with both drivers' details when you pick up the car to have them added to the agreement.
We ordered a car with a child car seat. Will it be there for sure?
If you included this equipment in the order and the information is shown on your voucher, there will be a child seat in the car for sure.
Do I need to have my route approved in advance?
There’s no need to pre-approve your route, but you’re restricted to public roads within the country. Some regions may have road restrictions, so we recommend discussing your travel plans with the rental agent upon car pickup to ensure the best route and road condition awareness.
Are there any mileage limits?

What if something happens to the car while traveling?
In case of force majeure, please call the rental agent (the phone number is on your voucher) and contact us in our support chat or at info@carzrent.com. We will help you with any issue.
Will I receive the exact car model that I ordered?
We strive to provide the exact car model you book. However, in unforeseen circumstances where the specific model is unavailable, we will supply a similar or superior car under the same terms.
With how much fuel should I return the car?
You must return your rental car with the same level of fuel you picked it up with. If the level of fuel is lower, you pay the difference at the rates of the car rental company. If the level of fuel is higher, you are not compensated for the difference.
