If you want to extend your hire period, you must inform the rental agent in advance;
You must return your rental car with the same level of fuel you picked it up with. If the level of fuel is lower, you pay the difference at the rates of car rental company. If the level of fuel is higher, you are not compensated for the difference;
Standard insurance does not cover damages to wheels, undercarriage, windscreen, and interior of the car;
In case of an insured event, you must immediately notify the rental agent and receive an infringement notice, except as otherwise agreed with the agent. Failure to fulfil these conditions will cancel the insurance issued for the car and make you fully responsible;
Rental cars are allowed to travel only on paved public roads;
Driving a rental car across the country borders is not allowed;
The contact phone number you specified during booking must be available throughout the rental period and on the day before pick-up. We will not accept any service quality claims if it was impossible to contact you on your mobile phone;
It is the tenant’s responsibility to pay fines, parking fees and tolls;
The minimum driver’s age is 23 years. The minimum driving experience If you do not meet these requirements, the rental agent may refuse to provide a car;
To hire a car, only a valid national driver’s licence with a transliteration in Roman letters is required. American and Canadian driving license should be additionally supported by international driving permit (IDP).

Rules for using online car booking system on carzrent.com

Carzrent International Limited offers all natural persons (except those who are under 18 years old or citizens of the countries that are not serviced by the us according to our internal rules) to execute the Customer Agreement by accepting the terms and conditions of this public offer. Cancellation or modification of booking

To cancel your reservation, you must send us an email to [email protected] with the title “Cancel” and include the car booking confirmation (voucher) you received when you booked your car;
The reservation will be cancelled with no charge;
You can modify your booking by cancelling the old reservation and creating a new one on the usual terms. Please note that the car you previously booked becomes available to other clients after you cancel your booking.

Carzrent.com online car booking system provides information on hiring car that belong to car rental companies on partnership terms. For all questions concerning car condition, service quality and compliance, please contact rental agents. For contact details of car rental company, please see the email that is sent to your email address after you complete your booking.

If the car rental company can not provide the booked car due to breakdown or other force-majeure circumstances, it must provide a car of the same or higher class on the same terms and for the same price. In this case, the service is considered to be provided in full.

Returning and delivery cars

10 Euro delivery to your location (return) from 09:00 to 19:30;
The night time delivery (return) from 19.30 to 09.00 has an additional cost – 25 € to the total rental price.

* Just for premium cars there is an excess of 300-600 euros.

Fully Comprehensive Insurance does not include the following:

Damage to wheels (rims) and tyres;
It is forbidden to drive the car off asphalted roads or in forbidden or dangerous areas (such as sand roads, beaches, mountains, etc);
Lost the keys dame or deteriorate the key or the remote control;
Damage caused by filling the tank with the wrong fuel (Inadequate refueling);
Accident or damages caused by inadequate (dangerous) driving or under the influence of alcohol or other substances;
Any damage caused by bad parking;
The charges of any possible law intervention because of any traffic violation;
Rental Car are not liable for personal belongings inside the car.

Full Protection Insurance

No Deposit Required with this insurance, allowing for a smoother and more accessible rental experience;
Theft Protection ensures you are fully covered in the unfortunate event that the rental car is stolen, contingent upon adhering to basic security measures such as not leaving keys in the car;
Accidental Damage protection covers all types of accidental damage to the car; to ensure coverage, simply complete and submit the necessary accident report form detailing the incident;
Third-Party Liability insurance includes protection against claims by other parties for theft and damage in case of an accident;
Coverage Across Authorized Areas allows you to drive with confidence on all suitable public roads, ensuring you are covered across all conventional and legally recognized roads as stipulated in your rental agreement.

Exclusions to note:

The insurance does not cover loss or damage resulting from negligent use of the car, such as driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, using incorrect fuel, or failing to comply with traffic laws;
It also does not cover personal possessions left in the car, loss of keys, fines, or any damage caused by prohibited use, such as off-road driving, car subleasing, or transporting hazardous materials.

Conditions of Payment and Rental

The minimum age to be able to rent is 23 and at least 2 years driving experience;
Young Driver – This supplement is obligatory for drivers 23-25 years old;
Each extra driver has a cost of 0.00€ for the total rental of the car;
Please,remember that a deposit of 300 euro must be left in cash or credit card at the time of pick-up, which will be charged at the start of rental and will be returned at the end;
For special cars, convertibles, minibuses the deposit can be up to 1000 euros;
This deposit is required to ensure that the car will be returned at the specified time and date on the contract.

Cancellation Policy

We don´t charge if your plans are turned upside down;
If you have reserved a car and for some reason you need to cancel the reservation three days before,we don´t charge a thing;
The reservation will be cancelled with no charge;
If for any reason you want to hand over the car ahead of time, money for it will not be returned.
