Yes - you receive the exact car model you booked. In the rare case it is unavailable, we provide a similar or better car under the same terms, at no extra cost.

To pick up your car you need a valid Passport or ID, a Driving License, and your rental voucher (sent to you after payment - an electronic copy is fine).

Yes — we work 24/7, including late-night flight arrivals: tell us your flight number and we will be waiting. For pick-ups or drop-offs between 22:00 and 08:00 a small night surcharge may apply — the exact amount is shown during booking.

Yes — we deliver the car directly to your hotel, apartment or villa, and collect it there at the end of the rental. Simply choose your accommodation address as the pick-up location during booking; depending on the location a small delivery fee may apply, always shown in advance.
