I had a minor issue with the car I rented from this company, but the staff was very responsive and resolved the issue promptly. They were also very accommodating when I needed to extend my rental period due to some unexpected changes in my travel plans. I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help. Booking was a breeze, and the refund policy gave us a sense of security. The rental agency was transparent and provided clear communication throughout the process.
